What a lovely cruise in the fall, enjoying all the beauty of Muskoka's seasonal colours. It was a very cold and windy day, but we were able to find a spot out of the wind and enjoyed listening to the onboard guide who provided some interesting commentary and local history. The lunch was a delicious turkey meal with all the... More

Take the steamship around Lake Muskoka and soak in the views. It is worth the effort to enjoy the ship that takes you back in time. It is slow and picturesque. If it is a warm summer day often the vintage boats that are housed on the lake will come out and buzz the ship. If you are fortunate the... More

Our family enjoyed this excursion, although our daughter got a bit bored by the end. If you want to hear the commentary about the area as you go, make sure you find a seat in the front of the boat.

What a great way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon , enjoying the scenery and sunshine on the upper deck, and showing a visiting cousin from England the beauty of this area. Highly recommend the short trip - but the lunch and dinner cruises sound great too- maybe next time! We were able to buy tickets at the dock but... More

We went for the 1 hour Segwun cruise. Segwun Steamship is 127 years old so its interesting to see that the steamship is still operational. The 1 hr cruise was very relaxing. It departed and arrived on time at the Muskoka Wharf. I find the fee however quite expensive.

What a great day with friends. I had two girl friends visiting from out of town and I am new to Gravenhurst. We decided to play the tourist and go for the steamship cruise. What a beautiful trip. It was a very hot day and as a fair person, I was happy that I had my umbrella in my purse... More

What a great way to cruise the lake. The gentle sound of these perfectly restored ships adds enormously to the beauty of the surroundings. Great staff and a highly recommended way to see the sights.

Will certainly do this again ... so lovely to float around in a 100 tr old steam ship sipping wine and gazing at wealthy people's cottages.

A cruise and lunch on the RMS Segwun (yes, it still carries the title of mail-ship!), the oldest steam-powered vessel in North America. Went into service 1887 and still going strong. The lunch was fine (turkey dinner) and the cruise was most enjoyable, helped by having a very informative guide commentary. Bit of a glitch with ours as the cruise... More
