You simply MUST put this on your list of things to do while in Quebec City or Beaupre. This was a last minute decision which may have been the most fun thing all week.... my family was skiing and I'm not a skier so I walked over from Mont Saint Anne, easy walk, five minutes, to the Secrets HQ and... We came here after a stay at the ice hotel. Our guide was very nice and patient. You switch off drivers at your own pace and you get to pet the dogs and visit the kennel after. They provide snacks and hot chocolate and coffee after to help warm up. Dress like you're going snowboarding and you'll be good. I... More

A highlight of our family trip to Mont Saint Anne. Wonderful guide (French guy- can't remember his name) and hospitality crew to get us all set up and gave us a tour of the dogs. If you are in town don't miss the opportunity- especially if you have children that love dogs.

I went dog sledding with my two children, age 13 and 8, and it was incredible. By the end, I felt like the guides and dogs were family. The guides were just amazing... they knew at what point and how firmly to get both my daughter and I (both of us on the anxious side) out of our sleds to... More

We had a great time dog sledding with the folks at Secrets Nordiques. I actually proposed marriage to my gf while at the midway point of our trip. I'd written to Secrets staff before arriving and provided them with a dog collar/ tag which read "Will you marry me?" Mid way through trip we had my gf look at the... More

My daughter and I just had to try this. I recently hurt my foot and was very concerned about doing this, so my daughter did all the driving. We had a ball! Definitely a team effort. The dogs understand French commands, so keep that in mind. I would do it again. The staff was amazing and were extremely patient. Learned... More

It can be hard to choose from all the places around Quebec where you can go dog sledding. Therefore I was so happy when my experience turned out to be this great. Before I found this place, I had tried another where I got the feeling that the dogs were not so well treated. Here I got a completely different... More

I was there on business filming the attraction but I would love to take the nieces to this place next time I am in Quebec. All ages will enjoy their experience. It was a fantastic experience and the staff was wonderful. The dogs are beautiful and they just want to please you and give you a great ride. Dress warm!... More

I wanted to experience something special each birthday and decided dog sledding in Quebec since it is closer to home. Despite the very cold weather i had no regret and had a great time. My trainer who happened to be the owner , Bruno , was a very good teacher and he made the whole experience worth while. The dogs... More

We visited Secrets Nordiques by chance this summer after reading we could visit the dogs. We knew the dogs would not be running but we didn't expect to be able to go right into the kennels and pet them (they're VERY friendly) along with some really sweet puppies. Thanks so much to owner Bruno, who introduced us to the dogs... More
