Amazing museum, fun for the whole family, clean, easy park underneath, and walkable about the city. Do the Mosaicanada first and this Museum after, nice and cool on a warm summer day.

I was blown away by the quality and quantity of artifacts. The building itself is architecturally fascinating, made of curves. The Great Hall is breathtaking, about three or four stories high. Plan for several hours of looking.

Spent the afternoon here. So much to take in. Loved the information on each piece of display they have. The museum goes into great depths of the Canadian history. The buggy collection was probably my favourite part. It's tells you so much about each buggy.

Admission was pricey at $20 and as soon as I walked into the lobby there was booths with people selling unrelated items there. I think there should be some demonstrations or something but not vendors. After going through the hockey exhibit the exit is right...More

This permanent exhibit has been updated and is great. I thought I knew Canada's history but I learned a number of things. The story is told " warts" and all. One of the nice things is there are interactive exhibits sprinkled through out which seemed...More

It's hidden on the lower level, tucked in a corner past all the other food concessions... you really have to look for it!
