Only 20 minutes from Quebec City, the Parc National de la Jacques-Cartier earned its nickname, “Québec City's Great Outdoors,” with its four-season playground. Winter play is on the area's two ski resorts, snow slides, and its new snowshoeing and Nordic skiing trails. Summertime finds travelers hanging at the lakes. Feeling adventurous? Spend the night in a yurt, primitive campsite or cottage in the woods.

This display is a must see. The carvings of the flowers and bushes and trees is amazing. Such great artwork. I highly recommend this free stop. Parking is not free but worth the trip and I don't like flowers.

The park is the location for the MosaiCanada 2017 exhibit, which consists of elaborately-designed sculptures crafted entirely of flowers and plants. It is amazing and free to attend. Parking is available on site, but it can be limited. The exhibit is only there through October.

The statues of the history of Canada where amazing. The people that are around are so helpful in telling you how the statues where made and all about the plants they used. It is a easy walking over the bridge from major hill.

Yes, there are racks outside the fence to park your bikes. However there aren't a ton of them. Maybe 10-15 bikes.
