Found ourselves in Castlegar and this was one of the things to see. Well worth the effort and time. Nice easy walk to very interesting piece of history. Neat chapel and cemetery. Great set of easy trails to walk and enjoy nature.

A great place to walk in beauty. Observe the mighty Columbia and feel the history of days gone by. Thanks to the volunteers that maintain this precious site.

A gorgeous (almost) island with water on 3 sides. Amazing suspension bridge. Not too long or too high to be scary but still get the feel of the floating in the air. Great history.
