I wish someone had warned me,,,,so here you go. Don't rent the 40' Mirage ; it's 17 years beat. The port pontoon bow was bent making it hard to steer straight,the bathroom tap was hay-wire and got everything wet ,the hot-tub leaked from the beginning...More

This lake offers breathtaking views all around. There are nature paths to walk, a nice boardwalk and lots of birds. We even saw a otter play around on the docks. This lake is defiantly worth a visit.

Shuswap lake has 2000 km of lake shore. It is a large H shape. The largest Arm is called Shuswap Lake. The smaller ones: Anstey, Seymour and Salmon Arm. Some of the lake is accessible by road and some just water accessible. There are Resorts,...More

the Marine Park, the Wharf..and the beauty that surrounds it. People are smiling, and friendly. You can choose to picnic in the park, or go to a nearby restaurant. it is wheelchair accessible. Nice level walk. Beautiful flowers in planters and in gardens..and right now...More

you gotta visit! Mountains, green hills, fruit orchards, vineyards and wineries, the number 1 boating lake in Canada and one of the top 10 retirement communities in Canada !

The grand children loved the water park. No problem with free parking. Dogs allowed out side the fenced area.

Shuswap Lake has grown to be a nice place to have a vacation. There is so much to do here and activities for all ages and tastes. Wine tasting, water sports, swimming, farm fresh food, hiking trails, zip lines, go karts, horseback riding...

We have lived in Salmon Arm, beside Shuswap Lake for 22 years and have only ever had one regret........ we should have moved here sooner!

I did visit Squallax, Salmon Arm and Sycamous around this lake. Squallax had very nice lodging, Salmon Arm had very nice beach area which turned out to be very good for birding. I did see a Osprey catch a fish! Sycamous is a boating fan...More
