This is an experience you should have! Great customer service. The trail wasn’t that hard. I was afraid at first but they pace themselves based on your pace. Once your comfortable- the ride is amazing! I would definitely recommend and do it again!

Our family of four had a great experience. It was just us four on the trip and the atmosphere was beautiful and refreshing. The trails were a bit slippery so we had to drive slower than expected, but I appreciated the safety warnings given. The husband and son wanted to go faster but they still enjoyed the beauty of it all. My only suggestion would be give customers an opportunity to ride in an open area to take videos driving fast. Kevin and Liz were great! I would recommend this to anyone. …

Extremely disappointed considering the cost and less than exiting experience. We spent more than 20 minutes of our 1 hour time slot waiting for one person to keep up. Then the tour guides had the bright idea to put the slowest person in the group ( by slow I mean was continuously stopping and stating) at the front of the entire group and ruined the entire tour for every other rider. Even the 8 year olds with their parents were getting bored with how slow we were going and how often we had to stop and wait. Spoke with the female guide after about our experience and she also stated it was an extremely slow tour and she apologized but was told she couldn't do anything as the other guide was the Owner. Tried voicing our concerns to the owner of how we were disappointed and spent a quarter of our time slot waiting around and he clearly didn't care / just brushed us off and walked away to gas up the ATV's. In short, don't go if your actually looking for some excitement. You have no choice but to go as slow as the slowest rider and it literally ruins the experience for everyone else. Definitely not worth the price.…

These guys were impatient, and Racist basically ran my group out of there space seconds after the weak tour was done wouldn’t even let us take any pictures

Your group arrived early for your tour with a videographer and immediately began taking pictures and videos in our parking area. We even witnessed one lady dancing on top of her brand new Jeep while being videoed by your photographer. During the tour your Videographer was a passenger behind to guide machine and recorded the entire tour, we even stopped at key locations so he could get off the machine to take a video of the entire group as they drove past him. This was done 3-4 times during the tour to ensure he had ample footage. We even gave you extra time on your tour past your allotted time because of all the stops we made. When we returned and the tour was over we started putting machines away. We explained we had to hurry because our brand new trail grooming machine had broken down the previous night and we had to repair it as we had more snow coming later in the evening. Your photographer took more pictures of your group as we put the 10 ATVs away and then more pictures and videos were taken in our parking lot area again once all the machines were put away. Your group left before your photographer. He got stuck in our parking lot and we helped him by giving him a push out. We enjoyed your group and did nothing that could have been considered “Racist”.
