Visited twice over the summer. Good to find out the history of the area. First visit in July, and had to come back in August and show the kids

The Kincardine lighthouse is a beautiful landmark and perfect photo opportunity to visit. There are tours available of the lighthouse and a great beach right next to the lighthouse to visit.

The view is wonderful and the price for a tour is only $3.00. The upstairs is unbearably hot in summer so we ended up missing the actual upstairs part of the tour. You can visit the downstairs part of the lighthouse without paying a thing....More

I went here with my two toddlers and were pleasantly surprised at it’s low cost ($3) which included a tour. The guide Alex was great. Pointing out things in every room but not dragging on knowing that I had two tots. The view from the...More

If you just walked around the lighthouse you would be missing some interesting history. Our tour guide was great and make the history come alive. Appeals to kids and adults alike. Very affordable too.

In July and August, the “Phantom Piper” plays down the sun from the top of the lighthouse. Best view is from the adjacent bridge, and at the north end of the bridge is a rock with a plaque explaining the legend. Great tourist draw!
