Nice place to sit or stroll if down town for a meal . I would not go there as the sole destination.Quite nice in the winter however when the lights are on the trees.

I love the festivals! Excellent location to enjoy music and food during the summer months and lovely Christmas lights and ice skating in the winter! My favourite festivals are Sunfest and Home County in July....always lots of fun!

Big concrete splash pad for everyone to enjoy or just cool down as well as a large playground for younger kids. Hot dog vendors on site and nice walkways along the river.

Green nice park with lots picnic places and a quite big lake with ducks and swans. There is a restaurant with a lake view and a outdoor section.

But, I sort of miss the old playset, however, the kid didn't care. She was happy to play on the splash pad and go down the slide.

One of the many pleasant surprises about Kitchener is this charming park near downtown. Harking back to early days it has nice paths and water and ornate bridges. It also has a great jazz club - The Boathouse - you have to like a town...More

Victoria Park is a lush, green haven in the middle of Kitchener. There are walking paths that lead you along a lovely lake (just recently cleaned) and graceful, mature trees. A gazebo will offer a bit of shade and at times, a special concert, or...More

There are several parking lots around the park. I don't think there is a set time, however; to be sure, call City of Kitchener, Parks and Recreation @ 519-741-2345
