I grew up visiting Victoria park and it's pretty cool... I guess. If you have kids, they'll love the water park in the summer and the playground is pretty wicked. Take a walk through the path around the pond with your wife when you need...More

A tranquil place to visit and rest during a busy day. You can stroll around the park, look at the ducks or just sit under a nice shade tree. There is also a play area for children.

Decided to go for a walk and check this park out. It isn't bad for walking around. Seems like it can get busy with traffic though. Compared to Waterloo park there isn't as much to do or see. However the boathouse is right inside the...More

The park is beautiful and well kept. Although I would not recommend walking through it at night, the park is a great place to visit during the day. There is a splash pad for kids in the summer. The Boathouse restaurant has great food and...More

A great place for a stroll in downtown Kitchener, close to Queen St. Lots of paved pathways to enjoy the park’s beauty. The park dates to 1896 and is named for Queen Victoria. There is a large cast bronze statue of Victoria, erected in 1911....More

Perfect for school-aged of children, and the best playground in Kitchener! Gets busy in the summer with the park programs, but otherwise a great destination for a short play date or a walk along the river to see the ducks and swans.

There are several parking lots around the park. I don't think there is a set time, however; to be sure, call City of Kitchener, Parks and Recreation @ 519-741-2345
