My date and I went down here for a romantic walk on the pier one night. It was a cool January evening and nobody was there. We loved the boats, the cozy feeling of the layout of the town and just the overall positive energy there. I have been here a few times and it's a great place to come... More

A really cool activity to try to explore the area in a different way is going kayaking or paddleboarding (from April to October, if the weather... More

This a gem in the heart of North Vancouver . Cates park is a excellent walk on the waterfront a little known secret. Great place to walk your dog with views of the seawater and little walks down to the waters edge to pebble beaches. The coffee and food in Deep cove is outstanding. There is parking lots for you... Deep Cove is a beautiful spot on Mount Seymour. We were there for a week December 23-30. Our friends kindly let us stay in their home facing the Cove while they are on a ski vacation in Alberta. It was a damp, rainy, wet and cold week except on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We hiked up to Quarry Rock... More

Deep Cove is a fantastic little village. It has great scenery, nice little shops, food joints, and a great park/trails. Go for a hike along Quarry Rock lookout trail or have a kayak lesson in the cove and stop at Arm's Reach Bistro for lunch and a drink after. Great way to spend the day. In the summer they have... Deep Cove is an old community that was originally built as residences for Mill workers and summer cabins for people who lived in Vancouver. Now a very desirable sea side residential community. The main street Gallant has nice shops and restaurants and the Seymour Art Gallery to visit . At the end of the street is the public Warf and... More
