We took our 14 month old to Maplewood Farm today and we were impressed! The animals are well-cared for, the farm is clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. There is a good variety of animals and the staff are knowledgeable and approachable. The goat enclosure was a huge favourite! The admission is reasonable for this type of activity and we... More

Terrific spot for families with young children and fund for all ages. Spring is an excellent time to visit when the new baby animals arrive.

Great place to take a young family and learn about a working farm. Small goats play in an open pen where children can pet and play with them. Chickens, horses lambs, pigs, cows, and other farm animals for visiting.

As a local, I take my grandchildren every year. It is basically a small farm that is a petting zoo for farm animals. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a very hands-on experience. A little out of the way, but well worth a visit. If there are older children or other adults in your party, extended your... More

Great place thats within a short drive from our house. Well kept and maintained facilities. All the animals looked healthy and well cared for. Our three kids (6 and 3 years of age) loved it and i had a great first time! Reasonably priced and you can find deals in entertainment books.

Seems like they take good care of their animals. Was very clean compared to other petting zoos. I loved the set up. My 2 year old son had a really great time and so did my 12 year old niece.

What an amazing place! Lots to see and do for little kids. Mine just loved it, especially the fact that they could touch most of the animals. The baby goats were a win. So worth the price!

Reasonable price considering my two year old and I can spend 2-3 hours here! the farmers and people working at the farm are very nice and knowledgeable. My son wanted to ask one of them a... More

It is only a small farm, but it has a nice range of animals to enjoy. You can feed the chicks, and it makes a nice change to go somewhere where you don't get mugged by goats as they are not fed by visitors. There is a little playground at the car park. It was a lovely little walk.
