Was having dinner in one the restaurants in the mall, but got there about 45 min early, so ended up walking around the 3 story mall. Not too crowded (it was a Monday night). Primarily all Asian (Giordano, Izzue) stores. Just sort of reminded me...More

Mini Chinatown with a splash of Japanese nit naks. It's like shopping in Hong Kong, but with the cleanliness of a western mall. In one corner is Daiso, the famous Japanese dollar store. But everything there is $2 and up, some are up to $8!!...More

You can reach this oriental shopping mall from the adjacent train. The shops are not that interesting, unless you are a member of the large Chinese community, but for others the food court is definitely worth a special trip.

I mainly come here for the bubble waffles and Daiso. Daiso is a must stop for me. They have some really good stationary and make up items here. I will normally go and grab some bubble waffles and a fresh juice and mosey on my...More

We found the mall on a Sunday afternoon. Headed straight for the two-story Daiso store. Found cheap Canadian souvenirs, which is unusual, since most Daiso stores stock only Japanese merchandise. In the center court, there were several large murals that my 6 year old son...More

Step from the train station. Very big and very clean Asian mall. Their food court got so many food to choose from, with wide variety. Also attached to Aberdeen Square with more stores.

Whenever we're in Vancouver, we make sure to visit Aberdeen Centre. (Other Asian malls nearby are Parker Place and Yaohan, but Aberdeen is the largest.) Parking can be a challenge, especially on weekends. Our truck won't fit in their parkade, so we arrive just before...More

Distance from Aberdeen to 22nd str is a fair distance. You can take a #410 bus which takes a good 45 mins. Or take the LRT (Skytrain), 2 lines which go through downtown Vancouver (long but scenic ride).
