Devonport chocolates has amazing chocolate which tastes delicious. Unfortunately, it is a bit overpriced, and although I couldn’t get this good quality chocolate in most other places, I could definitely get it a lot cheaper.

cute little store where chocolates are made on site. Yummy chocolates. Kids can see it being made through big glass windows. Tiny shop so have to shuffle a bit. Lovely staff too.

A fantastic place tucked away. Can watch them make the chocolates as well. Really good range to select from, gift boxes etc and range of chocolate bars and novelties. Pricing is in line with other hand made chocolate places we have been to.

The chocolate’s fantastic but the prices are pretty eye watering. We had some lush dark chocolate covered macadamias.

The best chocolate in NZ. Good for parties, and also good for popping in and getting a small treat. A bit expensive, but it's worth it!

Thank you so much for your review, we are glad to hear you enjoy our chocolates! Yes, a little more expensive as everything is handmade. But we agree, perfect for a small treat or sharing with friends and family for a dinner party!

After being to the US we stopped in Auckland to see family. They suggested a day visit to Devonport. This is where we find these lovely chocolates. They went down nicely with coffee. We also bought some home as well.

It has all the right bones, cute little chocolate shop making chocolate on site, however, the chocolate is not good. Single origion Samoan 80% dark chocolate has the texture of chalk. Don't bother... chocolate tasting is of only one chocolate a day. Today it was...More

Thank you so much for your review we will take it on board. We are looking into the 80% being chalky today and testing our batches. It is a bean to bar chocolate and is minimally processed, so very earthy in taste and texture. We...More
