Brewery tours run Monday to Saturday, starting from the Visitors Centre, they last approximately 2 hours. The first 1½ hours are spent around the brewery where you'll see our original steam engine, learn about our history and how we make our range of delicious beers. Once outside the Brewery, don't forget to keep an eye out for our working Shire horses, which still deliver beer to our local pubs. If you are planning a visit to the brewery and would like to see the drays on their regular delivery rounds it is always best to phone ahead and check that the shires will be working on that day. In any event, the tour of the brewery includes a tour of the stables so you won’t miss out on seeing these amazing animals. Upon completion of the tour, it's back to our sampling bar in the Visitor Centre for a ½ hour beer tasting. It is essential to book a Brewery Tour by contacting us on the phone or email. Cost: £14.50 per person, £12.00 concessions

This is an incredibly insightful and interesting experience and is well worth a visit. As a lover of beer it's very interesting to learn the process of the yummy drink we are left with in the end. Our tour guide 'Peter' was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable as well as friendly. We met the shire horses that are still used to... More

I planned a surprise trip for my father and father in law as a Christmas present, they went together. When they arrived home they could not express how much they enjoyed the tour! They said the tour guide was lovely and was able to answer all questions. They really enjoyed the tasting session and seeing how the ale is brewed.... More

This was a surprise present from my daughter, although myself & hopefully my daughters future father in law were delayed on route we were greeted with smiles & joined the tour. Our guide Chris was excellent & full of knowledge about the brewery family history & also the brewery & brewing process. The tour itself was brilliantly nostalgic & interesting... More

Fantastic guided tour which took about 2 hours and included 30 mins in the bar with the chance to try various beers made at the brewery. I went with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Us girls thought we would be bored but the guide made it really interesting for us all! Wrap up warm if visiting in winter!

We had a fantastic tour from our guide Philip who was extremely knowledgeable and showed a real zest for the brewery , a really nice chap! It was excellent value and the fact you could trial a variety of different brews at the end made it even more enjoyable :). now time to get back to wort.

Very enjoyable and interesting tour. Our guide Monty was very engaging and knowledgable. Really enjoyed finding out about the brewing process and following it through the building. Monty went into a good amount of detail when explaining things and it was pitched at the right level for our group. The tour was around 2 hours but it didn't feel too... More

We visited Hook Norton for a tour of the brewery and had a superb time. The tour was informative and interesting and our tour guide Noel showed a real passion for the brewery. We saw the shire horses and got to see the brewery in full working order. We were delighted to see a new beer called 'January Joker '... More
