The cement museum has been situated in office rooms of old factory since 1967.Museum introduces the history of Kunda cement factory, cement and concrete production and you can see the contemporary cement production in the form of exciting animation. It was a great surprise. Didn't know cement could be so interesting. The curator gave me a great tour in English and was clearly passionate about the museum. Very knowledgeable and with many little anecdotes to make the visit more fun. Also great for kids. There's a booklet in 4 different languages that translate the information panels. Good mix of history and science. After you can also check out the surrounding area that still has the director's house and the hydro-electric dam.
