Avoid this hotel! After bad experience in Hotel Pax we chose hotel Krym for our holiday. Horrible experience! No one made our bed, no one cleaned our carpets. Breakfast buffet costs 7 euro, Lunch buffet costs 7 euro and as well Dinner. You will get an empty pots! No one will add the food. There is a staff who will give you just one piece of meat! When you are back they will say oh are you again here?! In the bathroom is dirty shower full of hairs from the previous customers. There is a mould and rust too. At 5:50 am starts the incredible noisy from the next building which is under constructions. There is a dust till the late evening. You can not hear voice of the other person in your room! No one mentioned this once we booked this hotel. The constructions will take one year Avoid such poor service. Do not support this local dirty business!

To all English speaking and use to western culture, avoid hotel Krym. When booking a spa the website for the area is so misleading. Here is the reality. All the hotels in this area which is a spa village use the same photos of the different spa’s which are dotted around the area. Therefore when booking a package deal it seems you don’t get access to them all which the website doesn’t explain and the fact they are not in same location. We went for a hotel which had some deals included where as the others, you pay for the hotel and the spa bits separately(do this option). Here comes the bit about hotel Krym, it’s a hospital not a hotel. 90% of the people here are via a health insurance company for recuperating. The building and inside looks just like a hospital and the rooms are from the film hostel. The food is worse than canteen buffet food. Nothing is explained in English and you have to ask to find out anything. The massage treatment was a measly 10 minutes. The only saving grace was the outside pool. All in all stay in a different hotel and use hammam and outdoor pool. This place is so misleading to foreigners and a total waste of money and time I will never get back

One of the first Hamams in Europe cannot be missed, the quality of service is an integral part of the spa treatments, which only hurt the modernization of the pool area, which is done to the current comfort, but the connection with historical architecture has disappeared.

Overall it was a good experience mainly thanks to some interesting therapists that we met. However there are things to improve: Despite the fact that the Sina pool is considered the main attraction of this spa the staff in this building, which by the way also houses the picturesque Hammam, was the least pleasant and reminded me of the socialistic times. The Hammam could benefit from a refurbishing and I definitely discourage you to have a massage there if you are taller than 1m80 unless you want to touch the walls with your head or your feet or both. I can recommend massages in the Kastiel building and the staff there was the most pleasant.

I spent a long weekend in this SPA. It was wonderful especially the outside thermal pool during snowing. Nice feelings. Hot water with snow. High recommendation
