Maybe Immaculate Concepcion Church was destroyed by typhoon yolanda. We know this church will be build again according to its old yet owned beauty of structure.

Our office was opposite if this church. If you are in Guiuan do not miss this church. It was the almost the only thing still standing after Thypoon Yolanda. It is visited by a lot of pelgrims each day.

This is not just a place of worship but a beautiful and historic edifice that is both unique and special. Walk inside and find a quiet spot to listen to the chirp of birds in the rafters of the church.

The church was destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda so masses are held in the open area beside the church. There are no English masses.

Prior to hagupit ni Yolanda, this baroque church is one of the oldest churches in the Philippines. It was built during Spanish occupation of the country. Today, only the damaged facade and belfry is left. All were destroyed. Parishioners are using makeshift for their church activities (e.g. Eucharist, sacraments, etc.)

I know the area well as i have a house nearby.the church has been painted outside and the grounds are well kept which is rare in the philippines.Guiuan is a great town like most of the philippines with friendly people.my dislike is the un-repaired roads to access the area
