The Fort also known as Bonifacio Global City is a mixed use development area with tidy streets, parks, offices, residential skyscrapers, public art displays and various dining, shopping and entertainment venues. The district is named after the main Philippine Army camp in Metro Manila, Fort Andres Bonifacio. Andres Bonifacio is a Philippine revolutionary hero.

great busy district with a lot of things to do around but trees are everywhere providing shade when walking along the sidewalks. Lots of mini parks around to check out too.

This area came ahead of the other areas in BGC (Bonifacio Global City). Stroll around this area and you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, even some fitness place.

Not a good place for families with kids at night since most dining and cafe areas have the BPO workforce having drinks till the wee hours. Irritating are the vape users that gives you the feeling that a griller is a table away. As you...More

When you are in The Fort and its surrounding areas, you will feel like you're not in Metro Manila. It is clean, well-developed, with several high-rise buildings and wide open areas. It is a nice change from the congestion of downtown Manila.

What a high end neighborhood with lovely parks and outdoor shopping malls. The buildings are beautiful but it certainly doesn't feel like Manila. Sort of a safe haven away from the hustle and bustle of Makati.

The Fort is a mixed area of commercial, restaurants, accommodation and hospital. It was a former military reserve, hence the name. My opinion is that is not well planned. Buildings are tall and close together, and traffic is congested. A lack of good planning.

Hi Wil, There are bus lines, but not through BGC except for the BGC Bus, which makes a few stops in BGC and then goes to Makati (Ayala station). There are buses that will go behind Market Market in the Fort and then you will... More
