you need to get clearance before hand and also get visitor registration. do carry a valid identity document on hand. also go with enough time on your hand and go early in the day as it shuts at about 4pm.

The Philippine Army Museum and Library, is now located at the Philippine Army Complex, BGC. It used to be earlier located at MacArthur Avenue, BGC. The museum has recorded, preserved stories of the Philippine Army. You need to get clearance and get visitor registration done. So please carry an identity document – passport will do. I've gone to similar museums in Japan, Korea, and Singapore and I never get tired of looking at military exhibits and hardware. Since my cousin's husband is in the Philippine Army stationed at Fort Bonafacio, we didn't have to worry about the usual vetting and protocol that other tourists may experience. Well decided to try and visit this Museum as a visitor to the Philippines from Australia. Found the location but were denied entry due to e fact that you need clearance to enter the base. The Army Museum is located inside Fort Bonifacio, MacArthur Drive, about a mile north of Manila American Cemetery and Memorial. Fort Bonifacio is a military camp for the Philippines Army HQ.
