We were there on the wrong day, Monday, the museum is closed. We explored the Ritter Sport workshop and went to the shop for buying souvenirs.

Ritter Sport - Worth a visit if you are in the Stuttgart Area
Oct 2019
A free museum that covers the history of Ritter Sport and it is also interactive so great for kids. Free samples are available. The chocolate shop has every type of chocolate Ritter Sport offers, to include seasonal varieties, and the prices are excellent. There is also Ritter Sport paraphernalia available. If you have time, the cafe offers breakfast or lunch at a reasonable price.

Very nice free exhibit and store
Sep 2019
The exhibit is the history of Ritter Sport over the last 100+ years. The exhibit is self paced walk through with information in German and English. You read what is posted, and there are a few videos as well. You do not see actual chocolate being made.

They also have a shop there where you can buy all kinds of Ritter Sport candy, to include some test bars that are not available anywhere else. They also have some other merchandise in the store to purchase. Prices are extremely good and worth the trip if you are just going to buy some chocolate.

Interesting to learn about the history
Sep 2019 • Friends
We went with friends from ludwigsburg and their children. The oldest 2 went to the chocolate school and we toured the halls learning about the history of the company and how they make chocolate. The gift shop is very large and the longer you stay the more you buy. The kids had a great time

Fantastic chocolate workshop
Aug 2019 • Family
After reading good reviews on here I booked my children onto the workshop. They don’t speak German but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The kids had a fantastic time and we enjoyed delicious cake in the cafe.

Now that is variety and temptation. Served in a large and well lit area, too. see life size cocoa bushes and follow the process from farm to you. All pretty educational in a fun way.

Chocolate selection!
May 2019 • Couples
Nice, small exhibition about Ritter Sport history and how they make the chocolate. I was pleased to learn they source sustainably. Nice cafe for cake, coffee, snack, more. And the shop had a divine selection to buy to take home!
