There are signs as you walk up to the top explaining the importance of the site.The walk is a pleasant climb and the views from the top are great.Allied with the charming town below it makes a great day trip from Mexico City.

It takes a while to get to the top, but once you make it, the view is worth it.. this used to be a training center for Aztec warriors.. and the vibe all around is awesome

This is a unique place. There are only 3 or 4 places in the world where you will see this kind of construction (built directly on a mountain, instead of piling up the stones) It is worth a visit.

This is part of the Malinalco attractions and needs some climbing on steps to get to the top. The views from above are breathtaking. One can get to know about the Native Indian tribe culture and history.
