Belur and Halebidu temples are architectural and sculptural marvel. The carvings done on the walls of the temple are stunning. These carvings goes on to show how rich our culture and heritage are.

Those details in the carvings can't simply explained through words. Highly admirable, hiring a guide will be much useful. Belur temple, Halibedu and sri veeranarayana temple belavadi will be visited in a same trip.(They are located nearby only)

Awesome architecture and make sure that you hire a guide there (it costs 300 for 4 people) so that you get all those minute details.

Hoysaleswara temple is a temple of God Shiva. It was built by King Vishnuvardhana of the Hoysala Empire in the 12th century. The Hoysaleswara temple is a masterpiece, with finest carvings. Excellent example of the skills of Indian craftsmen.
