The Churchill theatre is a very good local theatre. When I first ever saw a show in it, I was surprised in how big it is. I've seen three shows in it now (pantos & plays) and all were brilliant productions. It has a good...More

The seats were "ok" staff were reasonable helpful, but the refreshment prices were totally ridiculous. A smallish ice cream tub was £4 a weird wholly impractical container of slush puppy was also £4. I find these prices totally unacceptable and won't be returning. It's a...More

We visited the Churchill theatre to watch the Buddy Holly matinee today, we were resigned to the drinks and snacks costing a small fortune (£5 for two packets of large M&Ms) but it was frustrating to find out that booster seats for children cost £5...More

We went to see Stewart Lee in May 2017. The seating is reasonably comfortable, with enough leg room. There's just about enough of a slope to see the stage clearly, but if tall people sit in front, or you are with children, it could be...More

View is good all over this theatre. Front row of the circle has reduced prices because of the safety rail but it's absolutely fine and doesn't spoil the view
