Looks lovely from outside but I was there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and it was never open. Is this attraction open to the public?

Unfortunately closed on the day which we came through, the externals of the Castello are worth walking around - would have enjoyed exploring the interior - read up on Comiso before travelling as not a great deal of information available when you get there!

the Castello aei Naselli d'Aragona is just one of the many historical sights to see in the wonderful city. do not forget Saint Beago's Church or Comiso's shops and restaurant. Spend a day, a week or longer in this lovely city in Southern Sicily.
