This a great beach. Nice area, plenty of shade and easy surf. It's a 15 minute hike back but well worth it. There was a small bar open but very limited. If you want it you should pack it in. It is on the French side of the island so clothing is optional. During the week there won't be a... More

My husband and I parked at Friar's Bay Beach and walked 10-15 minutes on a rocky path over a large hill to get to Happy Bay Beach. There's a sign on the main road marking where to turn off to get to Friar's Bay Beach. The path from Friar's Bay begins at the far right when facing the water. Walking... More

This was a lovely little beach (once we found it). There is a lot of activity going on which I'm sure will attract more people to this spot. I believe it's some kind of music festival. It would be great if future reviews of this beach could include pictures as I would love to see what everything looks like after... More

This is my favorite beach. It used to be more secluded than this year. Even though, it is still worth visiting. We arrive before 11am to put our order in with Danny. He has cheap beers, rum punch, ribs and chicken dinners. There are no facilities. You must bring your own chairs and such. This beach is not for people... More

My fav getaway spot on the entire island with no hotels or restaurants. Just a very scenic beach cove. Park at Friars Bay, wear good hiking shoes, and follow the path for about 10-15 mins. til you see a home made sign that says "beach". The statues that they are building for the March Music Festival are absolutely stunning but... More

If you've ever thought that you would like to try skinny dipping on a beach in the Caribbean but are still A little too shy then this is your beach. Get there early in the morning and you will feel like you are on the TV series survivor. there will most likely be no one there. Even as the day... More

Out of Orient and Cupecoy I think this is the best nude beach on island. You have to work to get to it but thats for the best. Enjoy

My wife and I wanted to get off the beaten path and try nude sunbathing in a more secluded place, so we ventured off to find Happy Bay. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to find unless you know where you're going. We luckily were helped by a very nice french couple and got to the beach mid-morning. When we arrived,... More
