We visited 6 wineries while in Mendoza, and this was the best one by a long shot. Ricardo takes an enormous amount of pride in his wines and it shows. These wines were not the cheap table wines we found at other wineries - they...More

Ricardo's knowledge of wine is unparalleled. Dolium was an amazing introduction to the finer side of wine tasting, with the premium tour including an amazing lunch. I can't imagine having gone somewhere else for my first wine tasting, Dolium was truly perfect.

Awesome wine, and Ricardo is an amazing host. Lunch was excellent. Add this as a place to definitely check out in Mendoza. Best winery experience we had here.

We did the premium tasting which is lead by the wine maker/owner. It included a tour of the winery and an almost 2 hour tasting. The wine maker didn't just pour a bit of wine and let us swish it around. Instead, he explained the...More
