Simply Stunning. Blown away by the location, especially for the price.

Stayed for 3 relaxing nights, wanted to stay longer!! Free upgrade to a deluxe room meant stunning views over the valley from the bed, and the room was comfy, modern and clean.

We paid for a spa day which was great value. The spa was almost empty and this meant it was peaceful and very relaxing. Wouldn’t want to go if it was busy though.

We stayed mid week which meant it was quieter and could therefore relax in the peace and quiet. We enjoyed a bottle of wine from the estate (good price and good wine!) by the pool.

In the evenings we enjoyed dinner overlooking the valley - still couldn’t get over how good that view was! Food and wine was delicious.

This relaxing trip was the highlight of our two weeks in Italy and I would recommend it to anyone who just wanted to relax!

Umbrian paradise!

The view alone would make want to come back to this resort! I've explored Italy many times and in many cities, but this resort allowed to me to take in the countryside while the sun was rising. Umbria is such a beautiful region and Vallantica defines it. The rooms were a good size and the amenities were plenty. The breakfast was plentiful, but exploring the countryside was my highlight. It's definitely a place "to stop and smell the roses."

Spectacularly good

Blown away by how beautiful this place was. Stark, modern stone buildings against the backdrop of incredible views of vineyards and olive groves. Our interconnecting rooms were comfortable with everything you need (except English language on TV but for some reason that's normal in Italy). Swimming pool was stunning and the kids absolutely loved it. Little playground was a nice touch for them too.

Dinner on both nights was scintillating. In the first night we had to eat in the slightly barren inside area as there was a private party on the terrace. Bit odd but the staff didn't mind our kids running about causing mischief. Second night we were on the beautiful terrace.

The tuna paccheri and the saffron risotto were outrageously good. They happily adapted stuff for the kids too. Best meals we ate in 10 days in Italy.

Staff were kind and helpful.

A triumph.

This is Italy as we like it! Nice landscape, perfect and friendly service, wonderful food, flexible response to every wish, a nice pool - what else could one ask when coming to such a nice place. Just PERFECT! Mille Grazie tutti
