Best beaches in Thailand. And great place for climbing! Do not stay here though unless you plan on spending 10k bhat or more on accom per night...much cheaper to stay ao nang and taxi over for the day.

Far too many people at this otherwise beautiful location. Cigarette butts all over the place and various other trash. People everywhere and boats too. Not really worth the effort of visiting.

The scenery is amazing...took a boat to get there..the beach is so nice with mountains around it...not so busy..clean...best beach to go while in krabi... much better than ao nang busy beach

I did not see any lockers but if you only take a small amount of money for food and drinks and leave valuables at your accommodation. Bags and towels etc seem pretty safe on the beach, we left ours but we were only swimming... More

Echoing the above - the long boats are the typical transport. As others have mentioned, these are on the "roughing it side". While that's one reason I enjoyed it, be aware that these are not the same as the luxury boats... More

The seas generally pretty flat. unless there's a storm due. you could watch the weather reports and make your mind up then. there's life jackets on the long tail boats. your could charter it private then you can go atvyiurs... More
