Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Lago di Morasco is a very big artifical lake created by the Morasco Dam for energy generation. The wall of the dam is extremely big. Even if there are several signs of the energy production the place is very nice. THe mountains are reflected in the water of the lake. It is the starting point for amazing hikings as Bettelmap Alp, Gries Alp or Lago dei Sabbioni.

You have to visit this hidden gem if you are travelling up to Cascata Del Toce - its only a couple of miles further north (and you can't miss it because its where the road ends.)
Its a lovely walk around the azure lake, which is like a version of Eden surrounded by huge mountains.
Parking at the start of the path is free but somewhat limited. We used the inn's parking after having a good lunch there.
