Visited on an Open Day late summer. A lot of effort had gone into making the day both interesting and informed. A lot of visitors there. Lived in area all my life and my first visit.

Relatively well preserved seafront fort but nothing to do other than just look at the structure. Good place to take the kids for a run about, perfect for a game of hide & seek.

Great place to go and see, no matter what age you are. A little bit of work being done on the parking area but still places to park and in this weather the views are splendid.
