Bought tickets for concert. Have to download an app to access. Terrible customer experience. That's it.

Went as a family with my two young children. My youngest loved running around under the amazing Concorde while the rest of us took in the sight of it. Well thought out in Covid times. Friendly volunteers and staff. Would be good to have a couple more interactive areas for young children.

It's Concorde and so just enjoy this fabulous piece of engineering... it was the last one built and the last one to land - which I witnessed from Tog Hill near Bath... Great museum on the way to seeing it and the simulator was fascinating... I went with my Brother and we cycled often to the end of Brize Norton runway or Fairford to watch trials and so a special day for us... also, father flew a number of times with Trubshaw on another project... A very memorable day out...

Very good information boards on the history of aviation in Bristol and some excellent exhibits. Apart from Concorde, the replica Bristol Scout and Bristol F2B Fighter were particularly interesting. It is a shame it isn't larger as there are several Bristol products in the RAF museums at Hendon and Cosford (Bulldog, Blenhiem, Beaufort, Beaufighter and 188) which perhaps more appropriately should be displayed here - if there was room! The cafe serves good food and the staff there were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile for you in the current Covid circumstances. They really were first rate.

We went to the museum over the weekend to specifically see the Concorde. We booked a time slot and I thought the museum have managed it quite well. The numbers weren't too much and lots of space to keep apart sufficiently. There was a bit of a queue to see concorde as they were only allowing one group on board at a time understandably. I thought it was a good attraction with lots of other things to see in the museum also including a Harrier jump jet. Probably wont go back as once i think is enough but worth seeing if you haven't been before.
