Good for a round of golf

Great golf course. Greens and faraway is always nicely trimmed and always green. It's fairly stready for players but the clubhouse organizes well so your not waiting forever.

I've been going here off and on for over 50 years. Seen it evolve from pasture and sand greens to its current state, which is pretty decent. I especially like that there is nothing artificial about this - the original designers worked with the terrain as they found it, they didn't bring a bunch or earthmoving equipment in and phoney... This course is a great option for the medium handicapper. It is one of the most reasonably prices course in the city and the holes are challenging while at the same time allowing for each slighly errant shot to not dig you into a hole you can not get out of.

if you don't want to break the bank on golf, try this course. There are not too many bunkers or water traps. The smaller greens keep it a challenging little course. Many of the greens have bushes behind them. Must be carefull not to over hit. Alcohol is not served on the course.

I play Wildwood mainly because it is inexpensive and close to where I live. It is also a course I can slip out with my wife and daughter on and not worry as much about pace of play and such, if we go at off times. Many juniors have grown their game here, and there is a loyal membership, especially... More

I've been a member at the Wildwood Golf Course for several years. They have an excellent Men's Club at this location and the course has made some significant improvements through the years. They have a wonderful pro in Rob Lee and the staff are second to no one;however the downside is that he is likely to retire before next season.
