Informative, interesting, and educational. Took us about 1.5 hours to walk through, reading a lot of the displays. We enjoyed ourselves immensely! Donation based entry made it all the more appealing :)

You can be in and out of here pretty quick (1.5 hours) but there is still lots to see and learn, be sure to see and read about the diverse ecosystems and what they contain as well as the culture of the First Nations.

The top floor is primarily focused on Saskatchewan's natural history. The bottom floor begins with the dinosaurs and flows into a history of the first people to inhabit Saskatchewan. Our family love to go to Royal Sask.Musuem, our kids always seem to be intrigue with all the different display from T-rex to first nation to ancient extinct species. Very well maintained and highly recommended

My family especially my kids love to go to Royal Sask. Museum, they never get tired walking through the different exhibit display. Loveee the T-rex and the different animal species display. They enjoyed the scavenger hunt. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Great museum to take children to. My aunt worked her whole career there, like many other employees she was very dedicated to her job, that they named the gift shop after her. She passed away a few years back, and just a couple years ago...More

Took two young boys to tour the museum - free They have them a map to search for things in the museum as well as binoculars. They had a blast - spent 2 hours - cheap outing
