The station is Art Deco and worth going to see on its own. It has a range of eating places from snacks to fine dining. We were leaving Quebec City to go to Dorval to fly home. We still had not recovered from the revelation...More

I took the Orleans Express bus from Montreal. The Montreal bus station (Gare d' Autocars) is just a 5 minute walk from Berri UQAM metro stop. Just follow the exit signs at Berri when u exit your metro car - you will see a sign...More

Now this is one of the most impressive buildings in the city, it is easily accessible by hop on hop off, in fact it’s not to far to walk from the lower town.

We were boarding a cruise ship in the old port of Quebec and opted to travel by train to Quebec city as opposed to flying in. Quebec city's airport is out of town, where as the train station is right downtown in the Lower town...More

Gare du Palais is the train station at the old port. It is exceptionally clean and quite for a terminal. The boarding was smooth and the train was on time.

It is unusual to find such a well appointed train station in Canada. Lots of choice of eateries to choose from. The architecture lends itself to the name of the station as it resembles a palace. The station also serves intercity buses.

This building is beautiful. This is where you come to take the bus or train to other parts of Canada. There is a little shopping and several restaurants inside. Very clean and the staff is very helpful. Across the street is a very big fountain...More

A stunning piece of architecture! What a gorgeous place to wait for your train. The building is large, although the seating area has room for more chairs and benches. There are 2 or 3 restaurants, a small souvenir kiosk that carries a surprising amount of...More

The Gare de Palais in Quebec City is a beautiful substantial building. Inside, the Quebec VIA Rail station is small and simple. The one complaint I have is that, on arrival in Quebec City from Ottawa, not only were there no taxis available, but you...More

Better than most US train stations. Decent food, friendly service. Long line to check baggage an hour before boarding so get there early if u want to check bags or buy tix.

This is the nicest 'active' trains station I have been to in Canada. I have been at a few others that were maybe nicer in their time but they have been converted to other uses. Easy to hang out here and/or across the street in...More

We arrived into this station on VIA Rail. We walked around it a bit, taking in the architecture before catching a bus to our Airbnb in Limoilou
