It it a beautiful location for photography, but also you can sit down, enjoy the view and sunshine while you listen to some live music being played by street performers.
Take a walk, climb the stairs and you´ll end up at the Citadelle.
The fabled street performers do not arrive until July. After reading much about them, we were disappointed to find they are not there in the off season. Only a few random musicians are in old Quebec before then.
