It's as over-priced as Bernard or Laurier as a Street..other than a Fruit Store and Indian Resto, there is not much here that draws me here..a place like St Viateur with its bagels and unpretentious bars has more Soul..the Hampstead Crowd eats here but they are not the fun crowd I hang out with..

So many stores, restaurants, and special activities during certain times of the year. A Noteworthy Area of Montréal NOT to be missed. Definitely, a Visit is Beneficial and Memorable. Possibly, at a given time, may be Quieter than usual.

An eclectic mix of shops ,restos ,toy stores and the like. Many choices of restaurants from Asian ,Greek ,Japanese , Deli , and Italian .Plus Pizza ,Coffee ,muffins and more. A fun closed street festival is open every Summer. BUT...Parking is very difficult and you might use side streets and walk.

This area of Montreal has become one of the top places to enjoy a day or evening outside, plenty of terraces to eat or have a drink, all kinds of food,a pub and also some shopping. From fitness centres like Milesfit to a Jean Coutu pharmacy,,take a ride over and try one of the many restaurants.

Grab a coffee, go for ice cream, hang out on a patio for drinks with friends, eat at seemingly endless variety of restaurants or just stroll and enjoy it all. This is a fantastic neighbourhood.

This place is great for a walk around 4 pm when its not to hot out in the summer (also the perfect time for an ice cream;a Ben & Jerry's is located right the). Many restaurant options, coffee shops and countless bars. I would definitely recommend.
