Hi there Stephanie, For some reason I do not get notified on my phone when some traveler asks a question and just been busy the past week🤷🏻♂️ Nevertheless, tho it’s late and probably your week in Montreal is over, I’d rather answer your question so maybe you can help advise some of your friends or relatives should they happen to inquire about Strøm!!! The best time I’d suggest is morning in the weekdays, it’s quite, and not really a lot of people, sometimes after 2 pm (weekdays) it is also so relaxing! On the spot, you’d feel super energized if you follow the cycle (sauna, cold water fall, hot tub) Those 5secondes in cold water, just boost your adrenaline and give you a unique feeling However, doing it 3, 4 or 5 times will get you tired, so I suggest you eat while you’re there They have yummy and fresh food at the bistro (try the beet soup.. just out of this world😋😋) In sum, you can realistically spend between 3 to 6 hours there and you’ll enjoy every bit of it!!! It is to understand tho, that you’ll feel super tired once back home or hotel room! Don’t get me wrong tho, it’s a very good tired, you’ll either crash in bed or grab a glass of wine and relax by the Tv! Definitely great feeling afterwards! Ps: once again, I apologize about the late reply, and truly hope this helps you and your partner the next time you decide to make it to Strøm!
