Small museum with some limited interesting exhibits. Good place to get out of the cold for a couple of hours. Had some nice info on early Montreal and there was a special exhibition from a private collection on Asia which has some interesting pieces.

As an architect i was happy when i found this Centre. There are plans, models and temporary exhibits, but all in a few rooms. I don't think it represents all what Montreal has in its rich construction history. The bookstore is worth the visit and...More

I read about the Canadian Centre for Architecture and, despite inclement weather, made the trek and enjoyed an hour-long visit. Perhaps the weather was keeping others away, but the galleries were quiet. I loved it! Great displays and excellent bookstore/gift shop.

The CCA is a labor of love built and founded by Phyllis Lambert. An amazing woman with an indefatigable amount of energy. She brought European modernism to North America with her will and with that same passion has built the CCA, for generations to come...More

Included as one of the museums in the museum and ATM package, the CCA is a fabulous place to visit. Located near Guy, on Rene Lesvesque Blvd, the centre is an amalgam of old and new architecture. The old section features the home and solarium,...More
