Worse customer service ever. Ordered an item in July and still have not received it. They cannot refund. Same response as what everyone else receives that they cannot do anything about it. Out of 110 reviews...98 rate Buytopia horrible. There has to be something customers can do to shut this company down.

DO NOT deal with buytopia. They have very poor customer service and don't pay their vendors. I posted a deal through them and it ended over 2 months ago - still have zero payment.

Buytopia should be shut down. Ordered 2 products November 20th 2015 and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. They charged my credit card, said my order was processed. I had tracking numbers for both products, tried tracking the products with Canada post, the numbers they gave us are not trackable with Canada post. I called their customer service, absolute joke. They... More

Buytopia is to be avoided. Shipping is 4-6 weeks in the fine print. Customer service is no existent as is tracking. After 2 months ordered items still have not arrived and customer service will not even write back. They should be banned from selling.

Buytopia is really a horrible company to buy anything from. I made a mistake buying anything from them. I bought two $50 vouchers worth $100 each, the merchant isn't accepting the vouchers so I emailed buytopia if I can get a refund, at least a credit! They flat out replied back telling me they cannot do anything and I will... More

I would like to share my experience as a vendor. we never received our payment for the deal that ran back in March od 2014. Today is Sept.30th od 2014. Horrible, unprofessional customer service. Accounting department takes zero responsibility, gives fake promises and makes up stories. 45minute waiting time to speak with the management. DO NOT USE BUYTOPIA!

They are SCAM!!! I've bought a product from them but never get it! Emailed them to ask and got an extremely ridiculous reply ** We did not get a resolution from the merchant. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
