One of the best Club wraps I have ever had. A great dinner after watching a movie with my best friends. Great place for a meal with friends.

Our family of between 16-20 people vacation in a different Major League Baseball city annually for a family reunion and a ballgame or two. As we plan this year's trip, I was reminded of this dapper pub/restaurant we found by accident last year. The C'est What staff didn't bat an eyelash when I told them our party was one of... More

The menu has a great selection of beers and food if you want it, although I didn't try the food myself. The staff are extremely friendly and can help you order from the long list of great beers they serve

This place is a bit out of the ordinary and welcome on a strip that is dominated by chain pubs and rather ordinary eats. A HUGE collection of craft beers (including some on tap), a modest selection of Canadian (mainly Ontario) wines and a very broad menu of snacks, sandwiches, burgers and old standbys like shepherd's pie that will suit... The term craft beer tends to annoy me these days as there is an oversaturation of craft beer bars all across the board. C'est What however is a little different. For starters, they have many many decent craft beers on draught which is a nice change from spending 12bucks on a bottle because it has a dragon's face on it.... More

Stumbled onto this great basement bar from a tip from a friend who had been here before. Great variety of craft beer and on one of the days I was there I heard a great jazz band.

This place is very cool for a casual drink, pub snack or a meal. We have been there many times, the craft beers are a real draw. The selection is decent, the service great and the open fire inviting. We were there for Saturday afternoon jazz recently, a real treat. I like the dark beers on tap.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
