I always enjoy Stillwater, the service, facilities, etc. The only improvement would be to emphasize to costumers that they need to shower before using the jacuzzi, specially after using the steam room. Also, some ladies can be quiet loud ie, when blow drying their hair while chatting to their friends, it would be nice if they are reminded to be... More

I was very much looking forward to a relaxing evening at the spa and booked myself for a pedicure. The lounge itself is quite nice and the change rooms are okay - not the nicest products but it is fine. For my pedicure, the lady was extremely nice but it was the worst pedicure I have ever had. She didn't... More

This spa holds a special place in my family's heart for certain reasons; I have been twice myself. Both times I did a a mani and pedi. My first trip was January 2016 for my 30th birthday and celebrating my pregnancy. I was disappointed in the pedicure, as I watched my husband receive a great foot and leg massage, I... More

My husband booked a surprise night away at the Hyatt for my 40th birthday, and then a massage & facial for me the following day. I've been to lots of high-end spas, and have regular massages, but I was astounded at the amateur they gave me for my massage. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, felt like... More

I was very much looking forward to getting a massage at Stillwater Spa this past weekend. As one of the older spas in the city, I have heard good things throughout the years so my hopes were set high!! Having been to some of the best spas in Toronto- for ex. the Four Seasons, I was very much looking forward... More

Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointing spa experience. It is unfortunate that the subway noise can at times be disruptive during treatments and although we do our best to minimize the sound and its affects, we are not able to eliminate it completely. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us directly. More

I went for a massage after a long tough week at work. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing end to my week. It had been about three years since visiting Stillwater and unfortunately nothing had been updated since my previous visit but plenty started to show its wear. The men's changing area is clean and comfortable but the hot... More

Full body massage was excellent, it left me very relaxed. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had. Wish I could remember the masseuse's. I also eat lunch there as well. I ordered a veggie wrap which was pretty good. Other amenities like steam room, sauna and whirlpool were a nice touch and well kept. Staff was friendly... More

I was recently there for a girls day out and was impressed by the beautiful and relaxing decor. We all loved our services, my sister especially enjoyed her facial with Sarah and I felt absolutely pampered by fantastic massage with Elise. We will definitely be back again!

Was a little disappointed with the customer service. I was there 30min prior to massage (as requested) but ended up having to wait an hour since the RMT was 30min late. No apology, credit or complimentary service either. My massage was mediocre and I had to request a few times for more pressure as it felt weak. Not sure I'd... More

My friend and I went to Stillwater just for a relaxing day. Not only was the environment beautiful and relaxing but our treatments were amazing! I had a massage with Erica. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
