Day started off at Grayline bus bay in Toronto and a drive out to Niagara Falls. Our tour guide (lady on Thu 8 Sep) was really energetic about Canada and the falls. Also cracked up some top jokes which helped the tour. There were pockets of periods where we were on our own just touring that I felt probably wasn't... More

If in Toronto, you MUST give this day trip to The Falls some consideration. They picked us up and dropped us off at our Toronto hotel (so convenient). Our tour guide, Dave, was the best. He annotated several interesting sites on our way to The Falls. We enjoyed a fun wine tasting on the way and had the opportunity to... More

Perfect day, with a hotel pickup and drop off. The pick up at our downtown Toronto hotel was at a reasonable time (0945), the coach/bus was comfortable, had free wifi (very fast) and a friendly tour guide. Stopped at a winery to sample the famous Ice Wine (quite delicious but very expensive for what it is), went on to spend... More

This was our first ever visit to Toronto and Niagara Falls. When picking a tour operator for a trip from Toronto to Niagara, there are so many choices. We chose Gray Line based on favorable tripadvisor reviews. Gray Line was awesome. They picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the... More

Had a great time and took terrific photos at Niagara Falls. It was a rainy day but we got beautiful rainbow photos. In getting off the bus in the evening at our Toronto hotel, it was hard to gather all the souvenirs and jackets. I left my nice rain jacket on the bus and since we left Toronto the next... More

This was perfect! My husband and I did the full day all inclusive tour which included: the helicopter tour, the Mouth of the Niagra Tour, (the very brief, but) Trius Wine Tour with dinner and free time of Niarra.... all inclusive. Loved, loved, loved this!! We felt that nothing was left out!! It was perfect to get the full day... More

Our Niagara Falls Tour was great! The ultimate best part is getting to ride on the Hornblower Cruise into the Falls themselves. It is exhilarating, and remarkable. And gets you completely drenched if you stand near the front of the boat. Which you have to do! My only complaint, our tour was to be 9.5 hours long, it ended up... More

1. I booked the All Day Niagara Falls tour with wine tasting, lunch and cruise with Gray Line Toronto several weeks in advance through TraveloCity. I paid in advance. I insisted and was assured of hotel pick up and drop off when booking this trip and it is noted as such in my voucher. When I called the local Gray... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
