This spa is like an indoor Scandinavian spa. We travelled as a group and appreciated the fact that we could talk in a hush tone. I know spa's are supposed to be silent and relaxing also and can appreciate those who prefer no talking. We...More

The water therapies are the best in the city. The pools and saunas are excellent and so are the massages and customer service. The drawback here is that it's has the atmosphere of a teenage girls pyjama party ...noisy and high spirited. This is not...More

Love the pools! Had a great massage and the mud treatment was so much fun and made me feel so good! The steam room and sauna are a little small, but overall a great experience!

Which location is better, east or west? I'd like to visit for my birthday by myself, and am looking for a quiet experience, in a higher end, relaxing spa.

I do not think you will be disappointed at either location. Quietness will depend on the time and day that you go, but even when it is busy and ladies are chatting it is still very peaceful.
