We went to a concert last week-end and we were surprise by the amount of staff and their kindness with the ACC full. The bathrooms were clean, every one had a smile. The prices for drinks are outrageous like at all the big venues.

Went to the ACC for an Ed Sheeran concert... great venue to see a concert, easy to navigate through, good acoustics, good air flow/temperature. Only thing that really needs improvement os speed of device at bar locations. I waited in line more than 15 minutes...More

If the raptors are playing, go see them! I'm not a basketball fan but it was a great experience and highly recommend it to others!

On my birthday trip, we brought two tickets to the NBA game to add to our Canada experience. The centre was extremely easy to find via Uber, and it had everything one would need for a sporting event - including lots of beer and wine...More

Great concert by Ed Sheeran. Seats weren't bad but expensive on Stub hub.... Will try to get closer tickets earlier next time. Great venue for a concert though.

Great location, lots of hotels and food close - staff are welcoming unlike some other venues! Drinks are overpriced but to be expected. Sound quality is awesome and seats are great in 100 levels!

We were here on June 19, Mon, for the double concert of Tears For Fears and Hall & Oates. We arrived via Go train so it was a very short and easy walk from Union Station to the ACC. We even stopped by the Go...More

For a concert in a hockey arena, it was excellent. Not all performers use this time of venue to the max. Adel and her team did. Great show, Arena easily accessible in the Downtown Core of Toronto.

I too use only cash when I'm there. I'd imagine a venue such as the does accept credit and debit. Contact the friendly staff at the venue.

Floor seats are assigned seats for most concerts but there are some when it just means you have a seat but you do not have to stay there. Not sure about that concert though. Regardless - people move around a lot anyways... More
