Jackie was a great story teller, we learned so much about our own city! This is a great way to discover Toronto and some fun bits about its history, the tour was very entertaining and informative, pointing out many different interesting spots that one can be checked out after the tour on their own.

Julian was a great tour guide. I am a Torontonian and had so much fun learning about my own city. I will definitely go on all the different tours they offer. I'm lucky because I live here and can try them all!

I took the downtown Toronto tour with Julian the guide He was very good, told interesting stories and kept me interested all along the tour, I found the tour extraordinary fascinating despite the fact it was mostly underground in the path system, which means that all you need is a great story teller. Thank you and looking forward coming again... More

The time flew by during this highly informativ and entertaining walking tour through Toronto downtown. Julian is a great storyteller and knows how to grab your attention. He is very knowlwdgeable, adds personal anecdotes and has a good sens of humour. I plan to come back for another tour in autumn.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
