Don't waste your money. Management has no respect for their customers or employers. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They brand themselves as a "premium" spa but really just want to fleece as much money from you as possible

My husband and I had a really good experience. I had a body scrub , which was my first treatment of this type, and I really enjoyed it. My husband had Swedish massage by Angela, and would like to mention how professional this therapist is!! Very knowledgeable ! Steam room is relaxing and well maintained. At the end , I... More

My boyfriend and I did the couples Swedish massage and it was so relaxing! Great atmosphere, very clean and the massage therapists were friendly, helpful and respectful. We were provided with a robe, a wrap and slippers during the visit. Also the steam room is very unique, definitely bring in a plate of ice before you go in! The only... More

Don't understand some of the negative reviews on here. This place is amazing and the staff are nice. I had a one hour Swedish massage and a Turkish Bath. Let me tell you that massage was heaven! I got a full body massage by a male RMT (forgot his name) and he gave me the best, most relaxing massage of... More

This place is amazing! It was a cold, gloomy, rainy day in the heart of the city but the ambience of Hammam made me feel as if I was in sunny Hawaii! From the beautiful live plants suspended in the air to the tropical music playing softly throughout the spa. I did a full day spa which came with a... More

I recently visited the spa with a package deal. What was suppose to be a 45 minute treatment was only 15 minutes as the girl forgot to do half the treatment. I asked the girls at the front desk what the services were suppose to include and she responded very defensively and rudely asking "so, what's your problem!'' They confirmed... More

Do not give these people your time or money. The location works well for me as I live nearby but have now had 2 terrible experiences and will never return. The girls at reception are consistently so snobby and cold it's almost laughable. The seem totally annoyed to show you around and make you feel like your presence is disruptive... More

Three stars because if you've ever been to an outdoor spa like Scandinave in Whistler or Nordik in Quebec, a small spa with one steam room just has a hard time living to those. One your too hot to sit in the steam room any longer, the outdoor spas have more to offer like walking outside to cool off, go... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
