We arrived 15 minutes before our tour started on a Friday, there was a huge mass of people in varying degrees of sobriety flocking around the bar - it felt like the last helicopter from Saigon in 1975. Anyway, there was zero indication as to...More

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour of this working venue. My recommendations are to dress lightly (it is very warm in parts) and be prepared for a few stairs! We were a little disappointed that we could not get the black golf shirt...More

The Steam Whistle pilsner is a great beer to drink especially on a hot and humid day. We spent several hours sitting inside and outside enjoying a drink and also went on the brewery tour. Tour - we've done a few of these brewery tours...More

Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the place's history, was very interesting and cool to see. Beer is great, they let you try it unfiltered which I think I even liked more.

This is a great brewery near the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto. Unlike most craft brewers, they make a lager: Steam Whistle Pilsner. Vibrant bar area, small group tours, several great beer samples. Note: the brewery is not like most crafts, with many beers to...More

The pilsner was a welcome reprieve in the >30 degree heat; the bar staff most welcoming but the security staff the friendliest I have ever met. Professional yet very warm. Kudos to the HR department for hiring such wonderful folks to work at your establishment!

Yep -- no fee to go in and just look around but there is a fee for the brewery tour. Either way -- whether you take tour or not -- there is a free sample of beer at the bar! Enjoy!!
