We have a lovely museum here in Stratford. They stay current and there are some fabulous exhibits there all the time, as well as special events. It's worth the visit.

Loved the exhibit on the discovery of the two ships under the ice in upper hudson bay, as well as the history of the railroads in Stratford!

Any visitor to the Stratford Festival should think about visiting this museum which is located just 5 minutes outside town. Tim McDonald provided a power point presentation on his involvement in the search and the discovery of the Franklin Expedition ships, the Erebus and the Terror. A question and answer period followed. There was not too much to visit or learn about. The fee was steep for a visit that was not interesting for a family.

I found the film excellent. I thought Id seen it all but it was very informative about her pre-war life, home movies, etc. the exhibit isn't much so it won't take long. lovely little museum.
