This is an awesome place to go and see. I have been there a few times when I lived in Curve Lake in 2005. They have a lot of paintings and other stuff. They even have different clothing.

I could've bought so much more, but I had to be aware of how much luggage I was taking home! There is such a range of things to buy from small pins to leatherwork and artwork.

A huge emporium of original artwork, carvings in stone, native crafts. From small pocket souvenirs to canoes, paintings to wall coverings. Exceptional quality. There are artists on-site doing what they do. Prices are fair. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I make sure I visit Whetung a few times each year. The selection of art and talent shared there is worth a visit of about 90-120 minutes. You will be sure to find treasures for yourself or gifts for others...tax free! Great gallery.
